1Acceptance of Terms of Use

9Account Suspension & Closure

RTM888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation has been detected.
• Accounts inactive beyond the specified period with no login activity or transactions.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure purposes.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons without fraud, any remaining balance after deduction of bonuses or promotional credits will be returned to the user via an appropriate method.
